Miss Caitlin is an extraordinary teacher who changed the way I express myself in writing. Miss Caitlin changed writing for me from boring to the best subject in the world. At school, every time we have to do a project I become thrilled. Miss Caitlin teaches us by notes on the board to fun games. She teaches our class with a smile on her face even if she has hard times. Miss Caitlin is humorous and always educates our class with new topics.
Miss Caitlin has improved my writing in many ways. She has taught to make writing meaningful , how to use literary devices and write different types of essays. My sixth grade teacher made us write about a book to its author and submit it in a contest. Due to Miss Caitlin’s classes, my teacher told me that I could have a chance of winning the contest. I couldn’t do any of the writing I do now without Miss Caitlin’s guidance and support.

Teaching is one of the hardest jobs there is. You have to know the material very well, and you have to present it to your students in a way that they can comprehend it. Miss Caitlin is great at that and this is why she makes learning fun. The assignments she gives out challenge you so that you can realize your full potential. I look forward to her classes because we play games and she teaches us writing skills that we don’t learn at school, but are vital to us in the long run. Another reason why I enjoy classes with Miss Caitlin is simply because of her personality. Most teachers are hard on you when you don’t understand it the first time, but Miss Caitlin takes the time to fully understand you. Many teachers also don’t give you feedback, and spend one on one time with you to give you that feedback, but Miss Caitlin does both of those things. Her classes are fun and laid back, but informative.

For me, writing is everything. When I write an essay, a paragraph, a report, name it all: I love it. Many others may not see writing the way I do. When they are instructed to write, they may think, “Oh! An essay? Come on! This is so boring!” Before I entered the program, I was just like all others who thought writing was useless. I had been to a lot of other tutors and programs; take, for example, Expert Child Academy. Even that had been with the force and pressure of my parents. However, when I entered Ms.Caitlin’s Writing Program one and a half year ago, never before in my life did I get such a golden opportunity to bring out my writing skills out to the fullest. Before my life turned upside-down, I didn’t know anything about the format of even a simple paragraph, let alone an essay. If I hadn’t joined in Ms.Caitlin’s classes, I’d hate to even imagine my future.
I bring up my progression in Ms.Caitlin’s classes and writing all together not as an act of pride, but to indicate my prominent betterment in writing. The main reason behind this is Ms.Caitlin, without whom I wouldn’t have been where I am now. As I reminisce on how far I’ve come, I can’t stop now. My mind has already changed; it has developed a keen interest to excel in writing. Ms.Caitlin’s classes have brought me a long way on this path to success.

Miss Caitlin’s class helped me to get an ‘A’ in 8th grade and 9th grade English classes. She provides helpful resources such as writing checklists, lists of words that we shouldn’t use, and feedback for improving our essays. Her writing strategies have helped me do better not only in English class, but writing in other classes. She provides us with a lot of tips and tricks that help improve our skills.
When I first came to her writing program, I was a mess. I couldn’t think of ideas for essays, I didn’t even use very good vocabulary, and I always had major mistakes in my writing. However, after a couple one-on-one classes with her, I improved a lot and was able to join her group class to improve further. Through Miss Caitlin’s classes, I have increased my knowledge of writing by a significant amount.

I think that my daughter has made great progress since she started Ms Caitlin’s classes. Since then, she’s been more interested in her core classes. Her core score has been improved significantly. I could see that her essay writing is much better such as the content is organized better, her grammar is better and supporting points for an idea is more convincing. She’s also been spending a lot more time at home on English writing.

Caitlin’s tutorial plan was customized to my son’s needs as a writer. He learnt tools to organize his thoughts. He learnt to enumerate all perspectives before drawing conclusions in his writings. I cannot begin to describe my gratitude for Miss Caitlin’s teaching. Because of her help, my English and history skills have skyrocketed. Now, I have over 100% in English. She has helped me in grammar, syntax, analysis, organization, and more. Aside from the learning part, we have had so much fun together too! We played numerous fun games like You’ve Been Sentenced, the synonym game, the Box of Doom and so much more! However, one of the most exciting parts of this class is not only watching yourself grow, but also your interest in language. Before Ms. Caitlin’s class, I despised writing; I didn’t want to have anything to do with it! Now, I cannot remember a time that I’ve enjoyed literature so much. Even my teachers have commented that my English skills have improved! Thus, through her endless help, work, and support, I’ve been able to learn and develop my writing skills.

Before I joined Miss Caitlin’s Writing Program, my English grade was 2.5 and lower. Now that I joined Miss Caitlin’s Writing Program, I have been getting high 3s last semester.( 3.5 is the highest score anyone can get. ) The reason I got 2.5s is because of “Not enough elaboration” or “Too many run on sentences.” But now that no longer happens to me ever since I started Miss Caitlin’s Writing Program.Without the help from Miss Caitlin, I would not have gotten the writing scores I get today.
I like to take class with Miss Caitlin because she teaches while playing games and creates all of the games with a variety of teaching elements.She encourages each student to be better at writing with fun strategies. Miss Caitlin really has the passion to teach students more and more fun ways to learn writing properly.
I had learned many things with Miss Caitlin throughout the past year of 2016. I had changed a lot and I would love to continue changing with writing. I feel like over the past year, Miss Caitlin has been teaching me some very good strategies that have helped me with my writing at school. She really has taught me a lot and I am extremely thankful for such a wonderful teacher. Beforehand, writing for me was just one of my most horrible subjects. I absolutely despised every time a teacher forced me to grab a pencil to write another story or essay. At school, my writing was just downright monstrous. I had problems everywhere : grammar, vocabulary choice, sentence structure, etc. However, after I started taking classes at Miss Caitlin’s Writing Program, a whole new world was opened up to me!
Miss Caitlin’s Writing Program is just the right choice! I have learned so much from Miss Caitlin, and I enjoy writing much more now. These classes are so much fun and filled with games to learn writing. Miss Caitlin introduces writing with fun activities, allowing students to learn happily. Unlike other programs, she teaches writing in a positive way, helping students learn quickly and easily. In these classes, students can learn multiple new things that are all beneficial to them.
Overall, my writing has become much stronger. In school, my writing improved much more, and I got A’s on every paper. Not only did I learn writing in a positive way, but also in an enjoyable way. I will never forget how much fun each class was, and how they all helped me become a better writer. Miss Caitlin has opened so much more doors and opportunities for me, and has also helped countless other students.

Miss Caitlin makes our homework more engaging. Instead of giving us worksheets, she is able to give us more interesting homework, such as vocabulary charts and fictional stories. Many things that we work on in class are almost always related to some project that we are assigned to do. Having assignments that take us several weeks to finish are helpful, as we get to deeply understand what she wants us to learn, how to use different techniques in writing, and even the basic rules of writing. Last week and this week, our homework was to take take notes on Post-it notes and stick them in a folded piece of paper. I appreciated how we were given time to think about what we wanted in our essay, and taught how to organize our thoughts. Games that we play in her classes help us learn, but in a fun and exciting way. Overall, all our assignments, are always well thought about.
In her classes, I have learned many basic, and challenging words. Through essays, reading comprehension, vocabulary charts, games, etcetera, I have not only learned basic skills such as sentence structures, but also more advanced material such as literary devices. These skills have been helping me in my writing at school. Like everyone else who has been in Miss Caitlin’s classes, I have enjoyed the classes very much and hope to continue learning.

Miss Caitlin gives me a great understanding of topics in writing that aren’t taken to a deeper understanding in school curriculum. She knows exactly what I need to revise and helps me benefit from mistakes I never noticed. Miss Caitlin doesn’t just give a better understanding, she does it in a outgoing and fun way. After learning an essential skill, we get a chance to master it in an activity. I’m always excited for writing classes because I can ask more questions about this specific topic without the class moving on quickly.
My writing has improved in the little time I have attended Miss Caitlin’s classes. Something that really changed for me is dialogue formatting. She helped me work on changing the way I phrase character thoughts and speech. I have thoroughly mastered many writing skills from Miss Caitlin.
